Our Story

More than a place to work out.

The Forum was built on a simple idea: a gym should be more than a place to work out—it should be a place where people build themselves.

Founded by three partners with a shared passion for strength, discipline, and community, The Forum began with a vision of creating something different from the typical commercial gym. We wanted a space that brought together serious training, high-quality equipment, and a culture rooted in timeless principles.

The name The Forum comes from the ancient Roman forum—a place where people gathered to exchange ideas, challenge one another, and become stronger through community. That same philosophy is at the heart of what we built.

From the beginning, we believed that strength is developed through consistency and discipline. The physical transformation is only part of the process. Training teaches you to show up when you don’t feel like it, to embrace difficulty, and to keep moving forward when progress is slow. Those lessons extend far beyond the gym.

We started The Forum with the goal of creating a facility where anyone—from someone taking their first steps into fitness to an experienced lifter—could find the equipment, environment, and community necessary to improve.

What began as an idea between three partners has grown into a community of people who share that same pursuit of becoming better versions of themselves.

Today, The Forum continues to be built around the same principles that inspired us from the beginning: discipline, strength, community, and continual improvement.

We aren’t interested in simply building another gym. We’re building a place where people come to build themselves.

What We Value

The standards we hold ourselves to.

A few simple principles shape everything here — the equipment we buy, the floor we keep, and the people we attract.

01

Discipline

Results come from doing the work, especially on the days you’d rather not. We built a place that makes showing up easier.

02

Quality

Serious equipment, meticulously maintained, on a floor that’s actually clean. No broken machines, no waiting, no compromises.

03

Community

Train beside people who take it as seriously as you do. No egos, no judgment — just a room full of people getting better.

The Space

Room to train the way you want.

A full free-weight and machine floor, dedicated platforms, and space for everything from heavy compounds to conditioning — without fighting for a rack. Open 24/7, so it fits your schedule instead of the other way around.

Recovery counts as much as the work. Saunas, tanning, and clean men’s and women’s showers mean you can handle it all in one stop.
